代收、代付房租
您或您的公司可选择志商为您代收、代付房租； 您只需在规定付款日前通知您的经纪人，志商的财务部和售后服务系统会迅速为您准确运作。
RECEIVING/PAYING RENTAL ON YOUR BEHALF
You or your company may appoint SHANGHAI ZHISHANG as your agent for the collecting and paying the rental; all you need to do is to inform your agent before the paying day and SHANGHAI ZHISHANG’S Financial Section and After- transaction Service System will do the else for you.
代收、代缴公用事业费
您可选择在收到水、电、煤气、通讯等公用事业费账单后及时通知您的经纪人， 由志商的财务部和售后服务系统到您府上代收并及时代缴之。
PAY FOR PUBLIC UTILITIES ON YOUR BEHALF
You may choose to inform your agent on receiving the payment notice for water, electricity, gas and communication, etc. SHANGHAI ZHISHANG’S Financial Section and After – Transaction Service department will send representative to your home to collect and pay charges for you.
代开税务局专用房租发票
志商受税务局的委托， 可为业主开具专用房租发票， 税费由业主自行承担（发票金额×5％）。 您只需通知志商财务部和售后服务系统， 他们会将您的房租发票及完税税单送到您府上。
INVOICING WITH SPECIAL RECEIPTS OF THE TAX BUREAU
ZHISHANG has been authorized by the Tax Bureau to invoice landlords with special receipts for rent. The tax fee (5%) shall be borne by landlords. You only need to notify the Finance and Customer Service of ZHISHANG, the invoice and related bills will be delivered to you punctually.
